The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency has launched two restricted competitions for long-term access to defence fibre infrastructure with a combined estimated value of NOK 13bn excluding VAT.
The larger procurement is valued at NOK 7bn and covers user rights to a pair of dark fibres between Rygge Air Station and the national border at Kornsjø in southern Norway.
